Chicken Francese

Boneless chicken breasts are dredged in flour, dipped in our Francese batter of eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and parsley, and then sautéed to a tender moist finish. We then sauce them with our own white wine sauce.

Full Hotel Pan serves 20-30. Half Hotel Pan serves 10-15.
