Refund & Cancellation Policies
A receipt and a valid reason are required for all returns or refunds.
Cancellation Policy: Dave's Fresh Marketplace requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel your order without charge. Orders canceled within 48 hours of your pick up will be refunded the order total less 25%.
Refund Policy: Dave's Fresh Marketplace strives to provide outstanding quality and service. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact our catering office directly (catering@davesmarketplace.com).
Our team will research your concern and determine how best to accommodate you. Please provide the physical item or a picture of the item you are unsatisfied with. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
